Since 1962, Tru-Flex Metal Hose Corp. has been the leader in the design and manufacture of stripwound interlocked, TFL-SSS and corrugated flexible metal hose. With state of the art manufacturing capabilities, high volume purchasing and storage of raw materials, Tru-Flex is positioned to manufacture flexible metal hose quickly and economically.

Quality
Our assurance of manufacturing quality flexible metal hose begins with strict inspection requirements for all raw materials. One hundred percent of incoming material is analyzed with a mass spectrometer to confirm proper alloys. By designing and building our own state-of-the-art machinery for precision tooling, operator errors are eliminated, which guarantees delivery of the exact product for every order, every time. On the production line, all phases of manufacturing are strictly monitored through Statistical Process Control for accuracy of critical dimensions. Trained employees routinely perform on-line inspections of products and utilize up-to-date equipment for leak and extension testing. Attention to these details, before and during production, results in lower product costs and high quality for our customers.
