Unlined Interlock Metal Hose

A single interlocking strip of metal is spirally wound to form a durable, standard bore flexible hose. Depending upon the material used, packing, and strip thickness, a standard bore metal hose can operate in a variety of temperatures ranging from -100 F to +1200 F.

Standard bore metal hose can be manufactured from various grades of most stainless steel alloys, aluminum, bronze, brass, aluminized, galvanized, and tin plate.

Our interlocked cut length flex features our patented Tru-Lock deburred end finish. This yields a smooth, rounded edge as opposed to the shape edges normally associated with flexible metal hose. This design affords a greater degree of safety on the job site. The smooth, rolled edge also provided a “guided” fit-up, which helps start the mating process to the rigid tubing, thus speeding up the installation process.
