TRU-FLOTM SMOOTH BORE METAL HOSE

For fast material transfer with minimal product size reduction, specify Tru-FloTM smooth bore metal hose. Special interlocking design creates a smooth, directional interior which aids in reducing friction involved in product transfer. Smooth bore hose is the ideal choice for handling granular products, pelletized plastics, grains, coal dust, etc. Light, medium and heavy duty Tru-FloTM hose may be packed with a variety of materials to minimize leakage and can be manufactured from various grades of stainless steel and galvanized steel.

Air Flex Pipe™ flexible stainless steel hose is:
  • designed to carry the air supply to your work location
  • can be used in place of black pipe and pipe fittings or specialty plastics used for compress air lines
  • economical because it can be bent by hand and installed around corners
  • saves up to 65-75% in installation time and labor costs
     

Material Construction:

  • Corrugated 304 stainless steel flexible hose construction resists contamination and corrosion.
  • Brass NPT male, female and union pipe fittings sold separately.
  • Maximum pressure 200 psi
  • Uses regular pipe hanger to hang Air Flex Pipe™ in place.
