Tru-FlexTM Metal Hose Corporation's goal is to provide competitively priced OEM quality products and supply them quickly to our customers when they need them. Our versatility in manufacturing stripwound and corrugated flexible metal hose enables us to do all types of hoses used throughout the industry, as well as custom applications.

Corrugated ANNULAR and HELICAL Hose

Corrugated metal hose is completely leakproof, and therefore, pressure tight. It is the ideal product for applications involving offsets, vibration and temperature variations, correction of misalignment problems, etc. Tru-Flex'sTM annular corrugated hose is either mechanically formed or hydro-formed and is available in a variety of alloys in both open and close pitch styles.

Standard Annular inside diameters are 1/4" I.D. through 6" I.D.

Standard Helical inside diameters are 1/4" I.D. through 2" I.D.

NOTE: Corrugated hose by itself is generally rated for low pressure applications. To increase its pressure rating, the addition of tubular wire BRAID is recommended.

 

BRAID

Braid (bulk)

With 96, 48 or 24 carrier capabilities, we're sure to have the braid you require! Type 304 stainless is our standard, however, other alloys are available upon request.

Sizes range from 1" I.D. through 12" I.D.

Annular Type 321 stainless steel with Type 304 braid covering. Sizes range from 1/4" I.D. through 2-1/2" I.D.

 

 

POLY-FLEXTM FLEXIBLE METAL HOSE

Uniquely designed so it will not unwind when cut. Because of our tooling design, Poly-FlexTM hose is self cleaning and maintains flexibility longer than competitive products. The hose can be field cut by any means and it will not unwind and does not require spot welding to hold in place.

Poly-FlexTM ranges in size  from 2" ID thru 8" ID and are available in galvanized or stainless steel.  Minimum coil lengths are 25 feet. 

Applications include: Exhaust hose, agricultural grain transfers, hot air ducting, blower hose, conveying shavings, chips, dust, lint and plastic pellets to name a few.
