Air pollution poses significant health risks. Mobile sources, such as vehicle engines and motorized equipment that release exhaust and evaporate emissions, are the primary sources of air pollution in urban areas. To combat this pollution, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and European Environmental Agency (EEA) have enacted regulations that place stringent limits on the emissions of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter allowed by mobile sources. While beneficial to the environment, these regulations create significant compliance challenges for manufacturers.
Tru-Flex is committed to helping our customers control exhaust-related emissions in on-highway and off-highway vehicles, engines and equipment. Our products are designed to meet or exceed the standards set forth by the EPA and EEA. We offer customers a range of options to fit specific exhaust and emissions control requirements and our Technical Sales Representatives work with customers to identify a solution that best fits their application.
